| This morning around 8:30 am Company 33 (Colonial Park) and Engine 34(Paxtonia) and Engine 35 were dispatched for reports of smoke from a structure in Colonial Park. First arriving crews found smoke coming from the structure and upgraded to a working fire box. Engine 35 crew went interior to the second floor to perform a search and open up the walls. Engine crews also went to the roof to assist Engine 32(Progress) with cutting a hole in the roof. Air 35 responded to fill cylinders. The fire was held to the kitchen area with minor extension to the second floor. Crews cleaned up and returned to station 35 about an hour and a half later. |
