| Tonight at 6:00pm Company 35 and the Lower Paxton Township Public Safety Division held the annual National Night Out. Numerous static displays were on hand for the Public to view. We had displayed our Fire Prevention and Company information booth along with the retired 1941 Ford Engine 35-2. To the great enjoyment of the Kids in attendance (and some of the grown-ups) the "Bucket Brigade House" was in operation as well. In all Station 35 displayed 10 Vehicles. Company 33 (Colonial park) brought their Engine, Truck, and Fire Prevention Robot to interact with the Public. Company 34 (Paxtonia) had a static display with their Truck. Company 59 (Lower Swatara) brought their Smoke House for Kids to go through and learn to crawl through smoke to exit the building. Lower Paxton Police also had their Robot and Motorcycle on display. The evening was once again a tremendous success and great memories were created for responders and citizens a like. Until next year Everyone! |
