| This evening the Robert H. Hoke Post 272 American Legion was holding their annual Flag Burning Cermony. The Legion requested the Engine to come around 6:30pm and stand-by in case the fire they had in the pit would get out of control or too intense to continue the cermony. The Legion had served refreshments to the members and public that had come watch and partake in the cermony. All in all over 3,000+ damaged flags had been burned. |
