| This afternoon Lieutenant Sean Harp and wife Angela welcomed their daughter into the world at Harrisburg Hospital. Vincenza Marie Harp arrived at 3:10pm weighted 7 lbs 2 oz and 21 inches long. Congratulations to the new family and may the following years be filled with joy! |
