| The Linglestown Fire Company and Ladies Auxiliary mourn the loss of Bertha "Bert" Buffington, who passed away on January 7 following a brief illness. She was 91. Bert was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary joining on February 19, 1962. She was the wife of James "Buffy" Buffington, former president and chaplain of the Fire Company. She leaves behind two daughters, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one sister along with other relatives and friends. She will be sadly missed by those whose lives she touched in many ways. -Deb Keller |
